R. Madison Murphy has served as Chairman of the Board of Murphy USA Inc. since its 2013 spin-off from Murphy Oil Corporation, where he has been a director since 1993 and serves on the Executive Committee and as Chair of the Audit Committee. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Murphy Oil from 1994 to 2002 and Chief Financial Officer of Murphy Oil from 1992 to 1994. Mr. Murphy has served on the Board of Directors of Deltic Timber Corporation since December 17, 1996.

R. Andrew Clyde serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Murphy USA Inc. Mr. Clyde served Booz & Company (and prior to August 2008, Booz Allen Hamilton) in its global energy practice. He joined the firm in 1993, was elected partner in 2000 and held leadership roles as North American Energy Practice Leader and Dallas office Managing Partner and serving on the firm’s Board Nominating Committee. He worked with downstream petroleum and retail clients on engagements focused on corporate and business unit strategy, organization design and effectiveness and performance improvement.

Claiborne P. Deming has served as Chairman of the Board of Murphy Oil Corporation (“Murphy Oil”) since March 2012, and is also Chairman of its Executive Committee. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Murphy Oil from October 1, 1994 to December 31, 2008. Prior to assuming that position, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and had served previously as President of Murphy Oil USA, Inc.

David L. Goebel is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Jack in the Box Inc. where he has been a director since 2008. He also serves as a partner and Faculty Member for The ExCo Group, LLC, a worldwide firm that provides peer to peer mentoring services for CEOs and senior business executives. From 2001 to 2007, he served in various executive positions at Applebee’s International, Inc. including as President and CEO. Since 2017, Mr. Goebel has served on the Board of Directors of Wingstop Inc. and, prior to its acquisition by Murphy USA in January 2021, Mr. Goebel was on the Board of QuickChek, Inc.

David C. Haley is President Emeritus of HBK Capital Management, an investment management firm.  He served as President of HBK from 2007 to 2021 and led HBK’s High Yield and Distressed Investing team for the US and Europe from 1998 to 2007.  Before HBK, Mr. Haley was a Partner at Andrews & Kurth L.L.P. serving as legal counsel to corporations and partnerships in every phase of corporate finance, including formation, corporate governance, private equity financings, public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructurings.

James W. Keyes is currently serving as Chairman of Wild Oats LLC. He was Chief Executive Officer of 7-Eleven Inc. from 2000 to 2005 and held a variety of other positions prior to that in his twenty-one year career, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Keyes was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blockbuster from 2007 to 2011.

Mr. Kulp is the Founder and CEO of KBP Brands, one of the largest operators of quick-service restaurants in the United States and globally. Since its founding in 2011, KBP Brands has grown to operate more than 1,200 KFC, Taco Bell, Arby’s, and Sonic restaurants across 32 states, employing over 23,000 people. To achieve this impressive growth, Mr. Kulp has led KBP through over 95 multi-unit acquisitions across the United States.  Beyond KBP, Mr. Kulp serves as Chairman of Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, a quick-service restaurant purchasing and distribution cooperative.

Diane N. Landen is owner and President of Vantage Communications, Inc. where she has over 20 years of experience in investment management, communications, and broadcast property ownership. She also serves as Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of Noalmark Broadcasting Corporation, a radio and media company in Arkansas and New Mexico, as well as Partner of oil and gas exploration firm Munoco Company L.C. and Secretary and Director of Loutre Land and Timber Company.

David B. Miller is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of EnCap Investments L.P., a leading provider of private equity capital to the oil and gas industry. Mr. Miller currently serves on the Board of Directors of Halcon Resources Corporation, an independent energy company. From 1988 to 1996, he served as President of PMC Reserve Acquisition Company, a partnership jointly owned by EnCap and Pitts Energy Group. Prior to the establishment of EnCap, he served as Co-Chief Executive Officer of MAZE Exploration Inc., a Denver-based oil and gas company he co-founded in 1981.

Ambassador Jeanne L. Phillips is Senior Vice President, Corporate Engagement & International Relations of Hunt Consolidated, Inc. where she has been employed since 2004. Prior to joining Hunt, she served President George W. Bush as the U.S. Permanent Representative to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) with rank of ambassador in Paris from 2001 until the summer of 2003.

Jack T. Taylor has been a director of Sempra Energy since February 2013 and serves as a member of the Audit; Environmental, Health, Safety and Technology; and LNG Joint Venture and Financing Committees. He was the Chief Operating Officer-Americas and Executive Vice Chair of U.S. Operations for KPMG LLP from 2005 to 2010. From 2001 to 2005 he served as the Vice Chairman of U.S. Audit and Risk Advisory Services for KPMG LLP. Mr. Taylor is a director of Christus Schumpert Health System Foundation.

Rosemary L. Turner is Chair of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Board of Directors, where she has served as a member since 2016. She also serves on the board of TFI International and formerly served on the Board of Coremark Holding Company, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Performance Food Group, Inc. in September 2021. She had a distinguished 40-year career at UPS where she held a variety of leadership positions before retiring in 2019 as President of the Northern California region. She serves on the Boards of privately-held The Bouq’s Company and not-for-profit SCAN Health Plan and has numerous connections to local organizations in Northern California.
